INT. VINCE'S MANSION - DAY
Vince lounges by the pool, basking in the sun while Ari, his fast-talking, power-agent paces back and forth behind him, shouting into his Bluetooth headset.
ARI
(annoyed)
Lloyd! I want that deal on my desk by 5, or you’ll be back to fetching latte's so fast your head will spin!
Vince stifles a chuckle, as Ari wraps up his call and turns his attention to Vince.
ARI
(quickly changing tone)
Vince, my man! I got word on the franchise we’ve been drooling over...
Vince raises an eyebrow and sits up.
VINCE
(grinning)
The one with the time-traveling spies?
Turtle, Vince's childhood friend and right-hand man, comes from the kitchen with a plate of ten cheeseburgers.
TURTLE
(feigning shock)
You guys still goin' for that? Count me in!
E enters after taking a call for his business. He has a concerned look on his face.
E
Vince, we need to talk. Something's been bothering me about our new film financing guy...
ARI
(sarcastic)
Oh great, Swami E sees danger in the future...
Vince sets down his drink and narrows his focus on E.
VINCE
What's up, E?
E
I don't know, man. He seems shady. Plus, there's no record of him in the industry.
ARI
(waving him off)
And there was no record of me once, bro. Trust the process.
Drama comes out, sunburnt after falling asleep on the deck chair.
DRAMA
(panicking)
Vince, I got the callback! Golden-lead in the new zombie series!
VINCE
(smiling)
Congrats, Drama! That's awesome!
Doing his victory dance, Drama nearly knocks over Turtle’s plate of cheeseburgers.
TURTLE
(dodging)
Watch it, Drama!
Ari checks his phone, excitement building.

ARI
(smirking)
Well, we'll see how untrustworthy this guy is in a minute. He's here.
They all exchange looks, tension filling the room as Vince opens the door revealing a mysterious, yet charismatic man...

INT. VINCE'S HOUSE - MORNING
Vince, Eric, Turtle, and Drama are all sitting around the kitchen table, having breakfast. Johnny's agent Adam comes in with a surprise.
ERIC: Hold on, guys. No one's picked up a newspaper these days? Isn’t this the modern era?
TURTLE: E, you know Vince still likes the feel of newsprint. Don’t mess with tradition.
VINCE: Thanks, Turtle. It's the one thing Dad and I used to do together.
ERIC: Alright, alright. So what do we have in store today?
ADAM (entering): Actually, I’ve got some news for you guys - about a surprise party tonight for Johnny!
JOHNNY DRAMA: A surprise party? For me?!
TURTLE: Drama? What for? Did you actually land a big role?
ADAM: Not exactly... It's a celebration of your career. Jerry Ferrara, Gary Busey, and Kevin Connolly among others are going to be there.
ERIC: So, just to clarify: We’re going to celebrate Drama without him landing a new role?
VINCE (laughs): Why not? Sounds like fun. And who doesn't love a good celebration?
JOHNNY DRAMA (excited): I can't believe this! Wait, wait, who knows about it?
ADAM: Everyone except you, apparently.
TURTLE (to Eric): E, you're Vince's manager. You shouldn't let this happen!
ERIC: I don't control the universe, Turtle.
VINCE: At least Drama has something to celebrate now.
JOHNNY DRAMA (chuckles): Yeah, right. What are we waiting for? Let's get ready for the party!
They all jump up and start getting prepared for the party.
INT. FANCY RESTAURANT - NIGHT
Vince and the crew are sitting around a reserved table.
JOHNNY DRAMA: I bet this is going to be the best party of my life.
TURTLE: It better be, with all these celebrities here tonight.
VINCE: Just remember, Drama. It’s a celebration of your career, not your ego.
ERIC: Speaking of career, Vince, I had an interesting offer for you today.
VINCE: Let’s hear it!
ERIC: A producer wants to cast you in a film about an MMA fighter beating the odds.
VINCE: That’s different... I’ll think about it.
JOHNNY DRAMA (whispers to Turtle): I bet I could be a good MMA fighter too.
TURTLE (laughs): Yeah, Drama. Sure you could.
Suddenly, the surprise party starts. Actors, directors and friends gather around Drama, congratulating him on his career.

INT. VINCE'S MANSION - LIVING ROOM - DAY
The sun shines in through the large windows of Vince's luxurious living room. Vince, E, Turtle, and Drama sit idly, discussing their potential next moves in Hollywood.
VINCE
So, Ari says there's talk for a reboot of my last series. Might be a chance to revive my career.
E
Are you sure it's the right move, Vince? There's got to be other options.
DRAMA
Hey, let's not knock it. Last time a reboot was mentioned, my career got a second chance.
TURTLE
Yeah, but that's because Johnny's character was getting his own spin-off. No offense, Vince, but we need something else.
The phone RINGS, and Vince picks up. It's Ari.
VINCE (on phone)
Ari, we were just talking about you. What's up?
ARI (V.O.)
Listen, Vince, I got a meeting for you with a really hot director. This kid, he's making big waves. He loves your work and wants to talk about a project he's got in mind for you.
E
We need to check him out before you commit to anything, Vince.
VINCE (on phone)
Alright, Ari. Set it up. But Eric wants to do a background check before we sign anything.
ARI (V.O.)
You have my word, E! I'll send you this kid's info. Be ready to meet him tomorrow at 2 PM.
VINCE (on phone)
Thanks, Ari. We'll be there.
Vince hangs up and looks at the crew.
VINCE
Well, boys, looks like we might have better options than a reboot after all.
The boys all cheer.
INT. ARI'S OFFICE - DAY
Ari is on speakerphone, finalizing plans with a major client.
ARI
I'll let you know as soon as we get the green light. Thanks.
As Ari prepares for the next call, his assistant, LLOYD, enters the office.
LLOYD
Got your coffee, Ari.
ARI
Thanks, Lloyd. Now tell me, have we made any progress with that hotshot director?
LLOYD
I did some research. His last indie film was a surprise hit. From what I've heard, he's the real deal.
ARI
Perfect. Let's hope Vince lands this role. It's about time he had another big break.
INT. UPSCALE RESTAURANT - DAY
Vince, E, Turtle, and Drama sit at a large booth waiting for the director to arrive.
TURTLE
I hope this guy isn't a flake. We haven't had the best of luck lately.
E
From what I've researched, he seems legit. Fingers crossed, guys.
The DIRECTOR walks in and approaches the table, extending a hand.
DIRECTOR
Hi, Vince. Pleasure to finally meet you. I've been a fan of yours for years.
VINCE
Thanks, man. We appreciate you reaching out. Can't wait to hear about this project.
DIRECTOR
Oh, you guys are going to love it. It's like nothing that's been done before.
DRAMA
As long as there's a role for me, too.

INT. VINCENT CHASE'S MANSION - LIVING ROOM - DAY
VINCE, ERIC, DRAMA, and TURTLE lounge around, watching television as ARI calls them on speakerphone.
ARI (V.O. on speakerphone)
Boys, I've got big news. Buckle up!
VINCE
What's going on, Ari?
ERIC
The last time you said that, we all ended up in Cannes!
DRAMA
Or when we got stuck at that Montecito charity event.
ARI (V.O. on speakerphone)
This time, I swear it's even bigger. How would you like to have Martin Scorsese guest-direct an episode of your new show, Vince?
VINCE
Wow, that'd be amazing and all, but why would he want to do that?
ARI (V.O. on speakerphone)
Scorsese's a fan of the show, and he's got a slot open in his schedule. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity. But we've got to lock him in by tomorrow morning.
TURTLE
You mean like, THE Martin Scorsese?
ARI (V.O. on speakerphone)
Yeah, like 'THE' Martin Freakin' Scorsese.
DRAMA
Well, what do we have to do to make it happen?
ARI (V.O. on speakerphone)
Simple. We just have to make sure we have a killer script that Marty can sink his teeth into. E, think you can make that happen?
ERIC
I don't know, Ari. Creating a script overnight that's good enough for Scorsese... It's a huge ask.
VINCE
We can't pass this up, E. Let's call Billy, see if he has any ideas.
INT. BILLY WALSH'S APARTMENT - NIGHT
Billy, a struggling artist, listens to Vince's proposal on speakerphone while painting.
BILLY
Vince, man. An episode for Scorsese? That'd be epic, but I haven't written TV in a while..
VINCE (V.O. on speakerphone)
Come on, we need your magic, Billy. We trust your instincts.
BILLY
Alright, give me an hour to brainstorm, and I'll call back with something phenomenal.
INT. VINCENT CHASE'S MANSION - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
The crew anxiously awaits Billy's call. Finally, the phone rings.
BILLY (V.O. on speakerphone)
I've got it. The perfect script for Marty that showcases Vince's acting chops and everything that makes the show great.
VINCE

BILLY (V.O. on speakerphone)

The ENTOURAGE - VINCE, E, TURTLE, and JOHNNY DRAMA - are sprawled out, admiring the luxurious new living room of their new home. E is sipping coffee and reviewing a script. TURTLE, wearing a gamertag headset, is on pause with his online Call of Duty game. DRAMA is snacking on something from one of his latest diet fads.
VINCE
What do you think of the place, boys?
TURTLE
I could get used to living here, man.
E
It's beautiful, Vince. You earned it.
DRAMA
Yeah, but let's hope we don't have to move out next week.
VINCE
Relax, Drama. The Aquaman sequel is a guaranteed hit.
E
We'll see. (waves script) But this Western project could be another great direction for you.
VINCE
If it'll keep Drama's nerves at bay, it's worth a look.
EXT. VINCE'S NEW MANSION - FRONT YARD - DAY
ARI GOLD, agent extraordinaire, bounds out of his parked Lamborghini, and plans to stride in like the king he thinks he is.
ARI
(to his Bluetooth earpiece) Yes, I have the deed. They're going to love this. Trust me. (hangs up)
INT. VINCE'S NEW MANSION - LIVING ROOM - DAY
Doorbell RINGS.
TURTLE
I'll get it.
Turtle opens the door to find Ari patting down an exaggerated Justifiable swagger.
TURTLE
Hey, Ari.
ARI
Turtle, my favorite client. How are the video games treating you? Ready to join the big leagues yet?
TURTLE
(laughs) I'll let you know.
ARI
Good. Honestly, though (noticing the others), where's Vincent Chase, the REAL reason I'm here?
VINCE
Right here, Ari. What's up?
ARI
Gentlemen, I come bearing... (reaching into a folder) the deed to the adjoining property.
E
What's the plan, Ari?
ARI
You build a house for each of your closest friends. It's my gift to you.
DRAMA
You're going to build me a house?!
ARI
Easy, John, it was a figure of speech. But yes!
VINCE
You really think this is a good idea, Ari?
ARI
The sequel, the ad campaigns, the endorsements. Boys, life is too good to ignore. You can afford it, and it's time to invest in the ones who've been there all along.

VINCE

They clink their shot glasses together and down them.
INT. VINCE'S MANSION - LATER
The party is still going strong. VINCE and ERIC are discussing the success of the movie.
ERIC
Ari thinks you'll be up for a big award this season.
VINCE
(smiling)
He said that? Let's hope so.
A voluptuous WOMAN approaches Vince.
WOMAN
Hey, I loved your movie! Can I get a picture with you?
VINCE
Absolutely!
VINCE and the WOMAN pose for a photo. TURTLE and DRAMA join them.
INT. HOTEL CONFERENCE ROOM - NEXT DAY
A packed press conference. ARI, VINCE, and the director, ADAM, are seated at the front. A REPORTER in the audience asks a question.
REPORTER
Vince, will there be a sequel to this movie? Any ideas on what it's going to be about?
ADAM
(leaning in)
We're in talks for a sequel. This time, our hero could be facing off against big pizza chains.
everyone laughs.
ARI
(whispering to Vince)
You're officially a megastar now!
VINCE
Thank you, Ari!
INT. ARI'S OFFICE - DAY
ARI, VINCE, and ERIC are discussing the movie trilogy offer Ari just received.
ARI
This franchise could put your name in the history books, Vince! Are you in?
VINCE
(nervous)
Three more movies... That's a big commitment!
ERIC
We'll need to discuss it further, Ari.
ARI
(understanding)
Take your time. But remember, we need to strike while the iron's hot!

I'm telling you, man, it's not the same director as before. He's got a completely different vision.
ERIC
No way. The guy's got the same style as the first one. Trust me, Vince, I've seen it.
TURTLE
Either way, it looks dope. We should definitely go see it.
DRAMA
Hold on. Let me call Ari, I bet he knows the answer.
VINCE
Fine, call him.
INT. ARI'S OFFICE - DAY
ARI is yelling at LLOYD while simultaneously answering the phone.
ARI
(into phone)
Vince, if you're calling about a movie, I've got two words for you: Fuck off.
DRAMA
(on the phone)
Calm down, Ari. It's Drama. We're debating who directed this new flick. You tell me you don't have the answer?
ARI
I don't have time for this. Do you guys know how much money I'm making for you right now?
VINCE
Alright, Ari, we can figure it out on our own.
ARI
Good. Now let me get back to work.
ARI hangs up.
INT. VINCE'S MANSION - LIVING ROOM - DAY
ERIC
I almost feel bad for Ari.
The four friends burst into laughter. The doorbell rings.
TURTLE
I got it.
TURTLE opens the door to find SLOAN waiting outside.
SLOAN
Hey, Turtle. Is Eric around?
TURTLE
What can I say, you've got good timing. He's right over there.
INT. VINCE'S MANSION - LIVING ROOM - DAY
ERIC
Hey, Sloan. What's up?
SLOAN
I just wanted to talk to you about something. Can we grab lunch?
ERIC
Sure. Let me just let the guys know.
ERIC tells VINCE, DRAMA, and TURTLE that he's going to lunch with SLOAN.
TURTLE
(to the others)
You think E knows how lucky he is?
DRAMA
He's clueless, as always.
INT. TRENDY HOLLYWOOD RESTAURANT - DAY
ERIC and SLOAN are at lunch. She seems nervous.
SLOAN
Eric, I received a job offer from this studio in New York, but I don't want to leave LA.
ERIC
What's stopping you?
SLOAN
It's a big opportunity. But I don't want to lose what we have.
ERIC
I don't want to hold you back, Sloan. I'll support whatever decision you make.
